Skincare (Face Packs & Body Scrubs): All skincare products are for external use only. We recommend a patch test 24 hours before use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. Ariona is not responsible for individual allergic reactions to natural ingredients.

Pricing & Payments

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error.

Shipping & Delivery

Timelines: Shipping dates are estimates. Ariona is not liable for delays caused by postal carriers or customs.

Risk of Loss: Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer.

Returns & Hygiene Policy

To maintain the highest safety standards for our community, we have a strict return policy:

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@ariona.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package for a replacement.

Herbal Teas: Due to the perishable nature of tea, we cannot accept returns once the seal is broken.

Skincare: For hygiene reasons, face packs and body scrubs cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been opened or used.
